So what makes a wedding photographer a professional? In my opinion it is being able to provide the client with exactly what type of photos they like on demand.
A lot of people don't know too much about the photography process whether it be commercial, lifestyle, whatever. It is the professionals job to bring comfort to the client instead of confusion. You also have to have a good grasp on what is important to the client. It is more then nice cameras and cute websites.
So keep in mind that before you label yourself as a pro photographer you need to have the plan of action for your clients from first contact until the job is done. If you are asking too many questions to the client chances are your not a pro.
